Seated Mahavira - main shrineSeated figure of Mahavira in the central shrine. His throne is supported by three lions--the central one facing forward. In the sky above, a celestial plays a drum, at the right; at the left an arm holding out a cymbal can be seen, but it is disembodied. Large cauri bearers, along with various male and female attendants, flank the main image. He is flanked by seated goddesses, while two other seated goddesses, along with four seated Tirthankaras are carved on the left and right walls.
